Five Class Series

We offer an evening class series that help you integrate basic principles that will support you in making lasting change in your life.

As with our other programs, you will join an incredible community of women who are on this same path. Together we share support, networking and guidance for each other. Together we bring change into the world!

In this five class series we will provide you with a deeper look at of our four phase model and our basic principles and practices that will support you in renewing yourself and your intention of creating lasting change.

Center: Restoring balance and wholeness in each area of your life
Inquire: Asking the questions that bring greater clarity
Discover: Finding your passion, purpose and calling
Change: Integrating lasting change

This class will take place over the space of six weeks where you will be supported through each phase along this period to begin to make real time changes in your life with the support of a facilitator and community of like-minded women.

You will be given homework between classes that will be discussed through experiential learning exercises, group coaching, discussion and feedback.
